Cancellation Policy

Please review our terms & policies to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration. Booking & Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final content, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dates are not reserved until a deposit is received. Weather & Rescheduling: We understand nature doesn't cooperate. If weather prevents safe drone operation, we offer two free reschedules, subject to availability. Optional backup day hold for +5% of your total package. We will not operate drones in unsafe weather (rain, high wind, low visibility). Flight Safety & FAA Compliance: All flights are conducted by a Part 107-certified FAA drone operator. We comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including no-fly zones and required airspace authorizations. Some locations may require permits or special permissions which we will obtain (additional costs may apply and will be discussed). Deliverables: Raw footage and/or edited, color graded highlight reels are delivered digitally via a secure download link. Standard turnaround for edited content is 5-10 business days. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 7-plus days prior to scheduled shoot the deposit is refunded (minus the complete service set-up fee). Within 7 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. No refunds for work already performed or footage delivered. Music & Licensing: All music used in edited videos will be licensed for use on social media and other basic commercial purposes when applicable. If you have custom music or branding requirements, please let us know. Travel & Additional Costs: Travel up to 50 miles from our base location is included. Mileage beyond 50 miles is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip). Mileage costs will be factored into the final delivery costs. Lodging may be required for long-distance or multi-day events (to be discussed during the booking). .
